EMAIL ARCHIVING:

There are quite a few email archiving products on the market, but I highly recommend that you look at C2C. One of the most interesting feature is that to the user, they don’t realize that their email is archived because they still see it in their Outlook.
The other thing that C2C does is help you get rid of those hard to manage PST files. Our clients who have installed this product love it, because they have almost no user questions about their archived email.

Anti-virus and Anti-SPAM:

On a related topic, keeping viruses and SPAM from attacking your network and causing slowness or compromising your data is a huge task. Secondly, I recommend that you get a good anti-virus program that runs on all your servers and computers. We are seeing the number of new viruses outbreaks continue to increase and our customer have been experiencing it. I recommend that you install Kasppersky anti-virus suite. We have switch over from Symantec and are seeing much better results.
